- package of whole wheat angle hair pasta
- package of italian-style chicken sausage
- 3 Tbs olive oil
- jar of organic spaghetti sauce
- fresh basil leaves
- pinch of sugar
- parmesan cheese
Put a pot of water on to boil. Peel skin off of sausage and slice. Brown sausage slices in frying pan with oil until brown. Pour sauce over sausage. Add chopped Basil and pinch of sugar. Water should be boiling now. Add noodles to water and cook for 6 minutes. Drain. Pour sauce over noodles. Sprinkle cheese over all.
